Edutecnicia was founded in 2021 by Muhammed Raees and Fathima Bareeda as CEO and CTO, with a shared vision to redefine how education, technology, and innovation come together. From the very beginning, the focus was clear—to bridge the gap between learning and real-world application through Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, and emerging technologies. In its early years, Edutecnicia concentrated on building strong educational and technological foundations, working closely with students, educators, and institutions. This commitment to quality and innovation led to key recognitions, including Kerala Startup Mission (KSUM) support, Startup India recognition, and MeitY (Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology) Startup Hub registration, validating the company’s vision and impact within India’s innovation ecosystem. As the organization evolved, so did its leadership and capabilities. In 2024, Dr.Bishurul Hafi joined Edutecnicia as a Co-Founder & Chief Information Officer (CIO), strengthening the company’s technological strategy, research direction, and system-level innovation. In 2025, marking an important milestone in its growth journey, Edutecnicia transitioned from a two-seat space at Technology Business Incubator (TBI), IET, Calicut University, to a 2000 Sqft. Office Space in Calicut City, and established its presence by positioning itself closer to academic, research, and industry collaborations. Today, Edutecnicia stands as a growing AI-driven organization—delivering future-ready education, intelligent systems, and research-led innovation.
