Being able to visit the school where I studied 5 years as a guest is a matter of great pleasure and even greater pride. It was a very heartwarming experience to be able to go to the Government Higher Secondary School, Areacode (where I studied from 6th standard to 10th standard in 2009), after 13 years and interact with more than 250 students of six batches who will appear for 10th standard exam this year in March 2023.

In two sessions of two hours, talked about the SSLC exam preparation, new-gen study methods, the wide perspectives that Institutions of National Importance like IIT, NIT, IIM, Central Universities, etc. provide to a student, different outlooks on life and further opportunities.

Public schools have come a long way in terms of basic facilities and extra curricular activities like SPC, NSS, Club Activities, but it seems that children still have a lot to improve in terms of reasoning in basic science subjects and in understanding and using mathematics over calculations and equations.

May the beloved school and teachers be able to mold good citizens to lead the society. Wishing all the very best to all who are appearing for the SSLC exam this year.
